OnPoint Athletics PREMEIR FALL BREAK CAMP
During this important time in a child's life, youth athletes are in their "fundamental athletic formative" years. Their bodies are ideal for important fundamental essentials toward ingraining new movement and skills learning patterns. The Youth OnPoint AthleticsT program is conducted in an all-day camp and designed to establish and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success atmosphere.

The OnPoint AthleticsT Performance Training Fall Break Series program provides introductory opportunity to prepare middle school and high school athletes speed, power, multi-directional quickness, and conditioning through a combination of on-rink training (running or hockey) and plyometric work. This daily 2-hour session is supervised by our Performance Coaches, to provide the individualized instruction necessary to improve performance.
NOTE: Children must wear the following hockey equipment: C.S.A approved hockey helmets are MANDATORY with a face mask; ski gloves and warm clothing are required. Bicycle and ski helmets are not acceptable. Sorry, failure to arrive with proper equipment will result in non-participation. Please remember to bring adequat foot wear for off-rink instruction (i.e. sneakers). Participants must be age 10 by the start date of the program.
