OnPoint Athletics T Hockey Performance Training Camps
OnPoint AthleticT Hockey Performance Camps are a carefully development program designed by Mike Delgado's vast experience and skills with inline hockey. As a championship athlete within his high school AAU Team USA , and professional inline hockey career Mike has developed the skills and teaching ability to cultivate and nurture athletes to reach their top athletic potential.

Mike's one-on-one development training will enhance any player's ability to improve their skating, puck-handling, shooting and passing, as well as overall hockey on-rink aptitude. OnPoint Athletics Hockey Camps
Males and females, ages 10 to 18 kids can join OnPoint Athletics T experienced coaches and professional inline hockey athletes for mechanics and fundamental skill-building on the rink during school breaks.

The OnPoint AthleticsT Performance Training Spring and Summer Camps programs provide each prospective athlete the opportunity to enhance shooting, passing, puck handling, speed, power, multi-directional quickness, and conditioning through a combination of on-rink skills training and plyometric workouts. These daily sessions are supervised by our skills performance coaches, and skilled inline hockey professional athletes to provide the individualized instruction necessary to improve strength, speed and endurance performance. This is no picnic...but instead, serious training for the serious athlete.

The OnPoint AthleticT core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Their "training in small groups" philosophy will also ensure maximum one-on-one attention critical to their "acceleration" training philosophy.

Camp participants must bring their own lunch. All OnPoint Athletics T Camps are held at the Parker Fieldhouse. OPA T camp participants sibling discounts are listed below and must be prearranged by Bob Bullock at 303.805.6311.

CAMP SCHEDULE

Ono-On-One Puck and Shoot Instruction (Grades 6-12)
We offer custom training and private lessons at the Parker Fieldhouse. A limited number of private lessons are available on the dates and times where Parker Fieldhouse Puck & Shoot sessions are held. Please inquire about these opportunities at the time you register for our camps, as these fill up fast. Call 720-257-3813 or Bob Bullock at 303.805.6311 to resreve your spot.

This is a high intensity, one-on-one training by the hour. This program is highly effective for pre-season and upcoming try-out preparation. After evaluation and consultation, we will prepare a program that will address the weaknesses in the students' game.

Ideal For: players of all ages and skill levels - The student that requires intensive one-on-one hockey instruction. This is a customized program that pinpoints very specific aspects of his or her game.

Dates: Tue, Thu, and Sun from Tuesday, May 4 through August 29, 2010
Rate: $50 R/NR / $40 sibling

Off-Track Street Hockey Camp (Grades 1-6)
Stick handling, passing, defensive zone coverage, offensive zone coverage, killing the penalty, goal tending, the break out, are all covered in street hockey here at the Parker Fieldhouse. Much like all athletics, street hockey comes in the form of a class. Inter-camp street hockey games are also a big favorite, so common" in, grab a stick, aim high and tight. NO SKATES OR EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.

Summer Advanced Mechanics and Over-Speed Day Camp (Grades 6-12)

- Over-Speed Training
- Passing, Shooting and Skating Drills
- On-Rink Scrimmage
- Enhance Skaters' Stride Length And Stride Frequency
- Build Proper Skating Mechanics And Power
- Improve Skaters' Agility, Balance And Coordination
- Strengthen Shots
- Improve Hand Speed For Stick-Handling

Dates: TWTF, June 15-18, June 22-25, July 13-16
Rate: $165 R/NR, each week
$150 sibling, each week
Time: 9am to 3pm

Labor Day Goalie Fundamentals and Mechanics Day Camp (Grades 6-12)

- Goalie-Specific Training
- On-rink Skills and Proper Techniques Instruction
- Hand-eye Coordination
- Improve Quickness
- Improve Skating Stride
- Off-rink Strength Training

Dates: M, September 6
Rate: $50 R/NR / $40 sibling

NOTE: Participants must wear the following hockey equipment: C.S.A approved hockey helmets are MANDATORY with a face mask; ski gloves and warm clothing are required. Bicycle and ski helmets are not acceptable. Sorry, failure to arrive with proper equipment will result in non-participation. Please wear warm clothing. Participants must be age 6 by the start date of the program. Equipment not required for Off-Track Street Hockey Camp.

These daily sessions are supervised by our Performance Coaches, to provide the individualized instruction necessary to improve performance.
