BUT, THE ULTIMATE WAY TO BECOME "STRONGER, FASTER, BETTER."
The OnPoint Athletics™ Performance Training Summer Series program provides each athlete the opportunity to enhance speed, power, multi-directional quickness, and conditioning through a combination of on-rink skills training and plyometric workouts. These 60-90 minute sessions are supervised by our Skills Performance Coaches, to provide the individualized instruction necessary to improve strength, speed and endurance performance. This is no picnic...but instead, serious training for the serious athlete.
The core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Their "training in small groups" philosophy will also ensure maximum one-on-one attention critical to their "acceleration" training philosophy.
